This is our second time dealing with Global. Andrew Perrin, Sandra Hayden and the skilled installation team of Radeesh and Paul were a pleasure to work with, thoroughly professional, friendly and a credit to Global. They “went the extra mile” and also persisted through the weeks of continuous rain, bitter cold and stormy weather of January ‘26. Global are price competitive, but, offer an extended guarantee and their quality products are manufactured and adapted in Ireland. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them or dealing with them a third time!

I had French doors and patio doors fitted.

I have dealt with Global Home Improvements on repeated occasions for the installation of doors, windows and flat roofs in my home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are highly professional and incredibly pleasant to deal with and do a superb job. I often say it’s a pity Global Home Improvements do not do electrics, plumbing etc. as given their superb workmanship, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for all other work needed around the house.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows and doors from Global Home Improvements. They look lovely and I have already noticed a big improvement in heat retention throughout the house. From my first phonecall enquiry to Global, through to meeting Pat the design consultant and Michael the surveyor, I knew that everything would be done correctly. All of the options were explained clearly so I was able to make the most suitable choice as regards design and colour etc. The installation over three days went smoothly with minimal disruption. Liam and Des were fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the way they worked methodically from room to room and cleaned up each evening. I also appreciated that they made sure on the last day that I was 100% happy with everything and understood how to work the locks etc before they left. A big thank you to the whole team at Global. In terms of excellence in service and professionalism, it really is the gold standard. If only all home refurbishment projects were like this!

The plan for each day was explained and they left the place spotless clean. The installation and finish was top class. And the product is definitely a premium product. I just had my new composite door fitted by Global Home Improvements. From start to finish I experienced top professional expertise, from the first phone call with the receptionist to the finished product. Everybody on the team were so helpful and made sure I got the product I wanted. Sandra was extra special on the phone.
I have to give a big shout out to Liam and Dessie who braved storm Claudia last Friday and still turned up and worked all day to give me an amazing finished job. My door is perfectly fitted. They work as a great team together, very friendly and respectful. I would also like to praise Eugene for his professional expertise when taking perfect measurements and giving me good advice at the time.
I would definitely recommend Global Home Improvements if you want a door and windows at the highest quality and finish.

My mum and I chose Global to replace her 35 year old windows. From day one their customer service was excellent. Michael the sales man, and the other Michael who came to measure were both so friendly and informative. The two men who came to fit the windows worked neatly and efficiently. A team member from the office phoned on installation day to make sure everything was going to plan. My mum is so proud of her new windows. All her neighbours have been complimenting them. The house feels so much warmer now.

Thank you so much. We are absolutely thrilled with our windows and doors. As for the two amigos that did the installation, well, where do I begin. the boys arrived bang on time, introducing themselves Dessie and the one and only Liam. well, they could not have been nicer . Dessie is very quiet, but Liam is teaching him well. For 2 days, I never stopped laughing because Liam never stopped singing, dancing, talking he is something else.
They did everything for me . Put the blinds back up they were fantastic. They left everything perfect when they left. I could not say enough about them . But then again it's Global and you get what you pay for. It was a pleasure doing business with you all. But I have to have the last words . Liam was the best ever. 🤣🤣🤣👍

Outstanding service!

The guys, Raers and Paul, were incredibly professional, polite, and respectful from start to finish. I felt completely at ease the entire time. They worked efficiently and left the garden spotless, actually cleaner than when they arrived! You could tell they really take pride in their work.

Couldn’t recommend Global highly enough! The whole process of getting the survey done with Mark made everything so easy, we knew exactly what to expect.

The follow up has been great too, Global have checked in at every stage to make sure we were happy with the service.

Our back door had broken and we were, understandably, eager for a quick installation. Not only were the team really efficient, the workmanship was excellent. The team installed the door and really took care to do so cleanly. I was so impressed with how well everything looked. The door itself is a dream - looks great and works perfectly. Amazing service from first phone call to last day of fitting service. We are so thrilled with our new sliding doors. Brilliant quality and our home feels so much warmer with them too. Global were super to deal with from the very first call. They explained the entire process clearly and we're super friendly too. The salesman thoroughly explained all options and colours and never tried to quickly sell us what didn't suit us. We were so pleased and impressed by that. And the two gentlemen fitters were brilliant too. Very organised, clean work, top class attention to detail and demonstrated everything clearly upon final finish. We are delighted we chose Global Home Improvements for our windows. They are an extremely professional company to deal with and everything ran through seamlessly from initial contact through to final installation. There was regular contact to ensure we were happy with the process and everything was done as per the schedule agreed (which unfortunately is not that common in Ireland anymore)
The guys who did the installation were super efficient and so neat and tidy you could barely tell that they had installed new windows and patio door by the time they left!
A nice little touch was the follow up gift of water bottle but more importantly a Tree Planting Certificate in our names to “help create a wild and abundant habitat” as part of Dunsany Rewilding Project. It is nice to see an Irish company interested in creating a woodland for future generations.
I would highly recommend Global Home Improvements.

From initial contact to job completion I can only say everyone at Global Home Improvement were excellent. I had specific timing needs for certain parts of the installation and they accommodated my needs perfectly. The installed windows and doors are high quality and have the added bonus of looking well also.

The installation crew were pleasant, efficient, attentive to detail and respectful of my property. During the install they had protective covers in not only the rooms they were working but also the rooms they were passing through and did a full clean up (sweep and hoover) at the end of each day and even took away all the rubbish they created. The crew also volunteered to assist to move two couches through the window gap between removal and install of one window.

I would recommend happily Global for your windows and doors.

We were totally satisfied with all aspects of our triple glazing fitting..from the 1st visit of your representative Pat to the departure of your two fitters, John Paul & Stephen. They were extremely diligent workers who left nothing to chance producing top quality finish on all 11 windows, one large patio door, side door as well as main front door.
In my view work & finish was of the very highest quality.
We would, without hesitation, recommend your Company as being one of the finest, easiest & most competent outfit. We expected a lot of disruption during the fitting but work was confined to one area at a time & all furnishings were fully protected during the work & back to normal with the greatest of ease.
Thank you, Global, for making our transformation stress free & very worthwhile.
Special word of praise for Pat who was always there to advise in any doubt of difficulty throughout the fitting period.

I couldn't be happier with my choice of Global Home Improvements. The noise insulation and energy efficiency effects are second to none and the workmanship is superb. It is perhaps worth pointing out that the company serves apartment owners as much as house owners, and goes to great lengths to ensure that your windows look exactly the same as before, down to the smallest measurements. So they are very much worth considering if you want to be independent from your management company in terms of quality and timing when it comes to choosing new windows.

We bought a new hall door. A bit dearer than others but great service. The salesperson was very good in helping us to chose and visualise our new door. We were given an installation date a number of weeks after committing and this date was adhered to. The installers were brilliant and apart from a very nice new door you would never know they had been here. A great job from start to finish.

We need to replaced the guttering and soffit on our semi detached house. A Global rep gave us al the information we needed, using pictures from previous jobs to help us see what was going to happen.
We made or choice and once the work started the 2 Global workers did an excellent job. They took a few days, and kept us informed about what they were doing. During the work it was also nice to get a call from the Global offices to ask us were we happy or did we have any issues. We can honestly say we are totally satisfied with the result. We are 100% happy to recommend Global for this type of Gome improvement.

Global Home Improvemtnts are one of the best companies we have dealt with. We recently bought new windows from them and the service and Customer Service is second to none.

From our first meeting with Andrew, Sales Rep, speaking with Sandra, Taylor, Jennifer & others on the phone to arrange appointments etc to the fitting of the windows by Liam and Range …..it has been so stress free and easy.

Andrew went through the whole process with us and brought with him all his samples etc. Gave us a quote and answered all our questions. A true gent!

The quality of the windows/window boards is exceptional. We were given an installation date and everything went very smoothly. Liam and Range arrived to fit the windows. They were excellent. Courteous, chatty, and very friendly. Their work was exceptional and everyday they cleaned up and left the house spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for them both. We were so happy to have them doing our windows. Thanks Liam and Range!

After installation we received a call from Customer Service to make sure we were 100% happy with everything.
We had a couple of small snags which were address immediately and we are just thrilled with everything. Stephen arrived and sorted everything. Then another call from Customer Service to ensure we were 100% happy!

We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Global Home Improvements. I read lots of their reviews beforehand and that was why we went with them in the first place. But having experienced their service now firsthand it’s an absolute pleasure to recommendi them to anyone looking for Great Service, Exceptional Customer Service, Quality products and Great staff. Highly recommend Global Home Improvements for window installation. I only needed one window, but this was still not a problem with Global as it is with many other window installation companies. From the 1st point of contact, through any queries I had, to installation, it was all seamless. I love the new window, looks great but is also so sturdy and secure with a fantastic warranty. I just recently got Global Home Improvements to carry out roofline installation on my house.The job was completed excellently and faultlessly within 2 days.The two guys worked so hard and the work is of the highest standard.As I live in a terraced house with no side entrance I was rather dreading the upheavel-but I needn't have worried.Covers were put on all floors and any debris outside was thoroughly cleaned up.I am totally delighted with the job and would encourage anyone to go with Global for their home improvement projects.They are reliable,efficient and totally professional and complete work to the highest of standards.I am now looking to getting a new halldoor with them!Many thanks to one and all at Global.

My windows & doors were installed in 2017. A patio door eased it's way lightly out of alignment, possibly due to being a heavy triple glazed door. I rang Global about 11am, as I could not lock the door. They had an Engineer out to me, who adjusted a hinge grip, and the problem was fixed. By 3pm, the same day! I went to Global originally, as I knew they are a 2nd Gen family business, that manufacture the windows, & not just a sales outlet, so the buck stops with them. My particular job included, changing a door opening into a small wall & window, getting rid of garage doors to be replaced by a brick wall & window, & on another window space, we wanted to lower the brick level on the bottom end, for a deeper new window space. The Global price included all this additional required building work, and their works crew did it all. Perfect!

The salesman and the team both on and off site were efficient and professional, the various necessary appointments made were kept at the stated time and date. I phoned Global to ask would they install new windows and doors in all the rooms on the ground floor of our house. A representative arranged a meeting and called to the house. He took me through everything: showed me all the options for the windows and doors and helped me select.

Two weeks before anticipated, Global phoned to ask could they install the windows and doors the following week. I was delighted.

Two men worked 5 days. They asked questions if questions arose, or I could ask them questions, no problem. Each day they cleaned the room and put any furniture they had moved, back where it belonged.

And when they finished at the end of the week, they polished all the windows and doors, explained how they opened and locked, and left the house in shining order.

The Sales Representative and two men who carried out the work were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
And now we have wonderful Global windows and doors throughout the downstairs of our house. They give this 35-years- old house an enormous lift. We face winter fortified.
All in all, an excellent experience.

After Much deliberation and research, we chose Global for our Windows, doors and sunroom replacement. They have excellent reviews and are the only company with a 20 year gaurantee! I'm so pleased to say, we were not disapointed!

From the initial, in dept sales consultation with Andrew to the final finished product, the quality of the service and installation really delivered on their promises!

The installation team of Arthur and Adrian was a great one and they really are the type of people you are happy to have in your home. The disruption to the house was super miniimal with literally just a little bit of painting needed afterward. They knew exactly what they were doing and thoroughly hoovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They even removed the old windows and doors each day to avoid any debris hanging around on site, perfect.

A special shout out to engineer Mick who is a complete gentleman and his expertise and vast knowledge was invaluable both before and after the job was finished. He even tweaked the initial design to make sure we got the best outcome and were clear on what we were getting! Everything was efficiently overseen by Sandra and Taylor in the office who kept us up to date on scheduling throughout.

I would 100% recommend Gobal and wouldn't use any other company on a future project. They really are the best in the business!

I purchased a new front door over seven years ago and recently noticed that the colour had badly faded, so I rang seeking a quote for it to be repainted. To my delight I was referred to the service team who informed me it was still under guarantee. Within a couple of weeks, at a mutually convenient time, a painter arrived and within 45 minutes my door looked as good as the day it was first installed. But don't just take my word for it, see for yourself in the photos. Well done Global and your Team.
